Collection in Europe
Choose "Collection in Europe" at checkout if you prefer to pick up your order. You do not need to enter a delivery address — only your name, email and phone.
After payment, we contact you by email (usually within 1–3 business days) to agree the nearest collection point. Your order is not ready for collection until you receive our confirmation.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To initiate a return, email us at support@inkpoint.uk with your order number. We'll provide a return address and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
