1. General

These terms govern your use of inkpoint.uk and any purchase you make. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Inkpoint Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17138933, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Orders are subject to availability. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

3. Delivery & collection

Courier delivery: We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Standard delivery is €16.99; free delivery applies to orders over €250. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Collection in Europe: If you choose collection at checkout, we will email you (usually within 1–3 business days) to agree the nearest pickup point. No delivery address is required at checkout. The order is not ready for collection until we confirm the location and readiness by email.

4. Returns & Refunds

You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Inkpoint Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Inkpoint Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
